Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ipvult ("we," "our," "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration

You must register an account to purchase or use our proxy services. ipvult does not require identity verification (KYC) for standard accounts — registration requires only a valid email address and password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Services Provided

ipvult provides proxy server access across multiple product types, including ISP Proxies, Static Residential, Premium Static Residential, Sticky/Rotating Residential, and custom Enterprise solutions. Specific terms, pricing, and features for each product are described on their respective product pages.

4. Billing & Payments

All purchases are deducted from your internal wallet balance. Funds can be added via cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC) or card/bank transfer through our supported payment processors. The minimum deposit amount is $5.00.

All prices displayed at checkout are final — there are no hidden fees, setup charges, or surprise costs beyond what is shown before you confirm a purchase.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Eligible for Refund

• A proxy that is verified offline and non-functional, confirmed via our automated check upon clicking Refund.

5.2 Not Eligible for Refund

• Slow connection speeds caused by the donor's home internet plan or network congestion.
• Proxies with elevated fraud/risk scores that were purchased without checking the Risk Score tool beforehand.
• Geolocation changes caused by the donor ISP's dynamic routing — we do not control GeoIP databases.
• Subjective dissatisfaction when the proxy is online and technically functional.
• Mistaken orders, wrong GEO selection, or no-longer-needed purchases after an active order has been placed.

5.3 Refund Mechanics

• Only one refund check attempt is available per order.
• Clicking Refund triggers an instant status check: a verified-offline proxy is refunded to your balance within 20 minutes; a verified-online proxy results in a denied, burned attempt.
• Support-assisted refunds require the proxy to have been rented for more than one week and confirmed non-working by our team upon manual review.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ipvult's services only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, or distribution of malware.
• Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or any form of network abuse.
• Brute-force attacks against third-party systems or credential stuffing.
• Spamming, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any activity violating the terms of a destination platform in a manner that causes harm to ipvult's infrastructure or reputation.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7. Residential Network Disclosure

Unlike datacenter (server) proxies, our residential IPs belong to real home users and devices around the world. Their performance directly depends on the donor's internet quality, hardware, and connectivity — making them subject to occasional disconnections.

This instability is an architectural characteristic of residential proxy networks, not a service defect. Causes include power loss and device reboots, manual disconnection by the donor, hardware/firmware limitations, ISP firewall or NAT restrictions, and routine software updates. We do not control these factors and they do not constitute a basis for a refund unless the proxy is verified completely offline per Section 5.

In exchange for occasional instability, residential proxies offer significantly higher trust scores with target websites and security systems, since residential traffic is generally indistinguishable from regular consumer internet usage.

8. Referral Program

Registered users may participate in our referral program by sharing their unique referral link. Commission structure:

• 15% commission on a direct referral's first order.
• 5% commission on a direct referral's subsequent orders.
• 2.5% commission on orders made by your referral's own referrals (second-tier).

Commission is credited automatically to your wallet balance at the time of the referred user's purchase. Self-referral, fraudulent referral activity, or the use of fake accounts to generate commission is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of earned commission and account suspension. Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum payout threshold of $20.00.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of the Acceptable Use policy, or for any activity that endangers the security and integrity of our network. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund of remaining balance or active proxy orders.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining wallet balance at the time of closure will be handled per our standard account closure process.

10. Limitation of Liability

ipvult's services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption — except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ipvult in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
