Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 30, 2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, and information generated automatically through your use of the Service:

  • Account data: email address and password (hashed) at registration. We do not require identity verification (KYC) for standard accounts.
  • Transaction data: deposit amounts, wallet balance, order history, and referral commission records.
  • Usage data: proxy sessions, bandwidth consumption, login timestamps, and IP addresses used to access your account (not the proxy IPs themselves).
  • Support data: any information you provide when contacting support, including proxy connection details and order IDs.
  • Technical data: browser type, device information, and cookies collected automatically when you visit our site.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the proxy services you purchase.
  • Process deposits, purchases, refunds, and referral commissions.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Acceptable Use policy.
  • Respond to support requests and troubleshoot connection issues.
  • Send essential service communications, such as order confirmations and security alerts.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain session state. We may also use analytics cookies to understand aggregate site usage and improve the Service. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings; this may affect some site functionality.

4. Payment & Wallet Data

Deposits are processed through third-party cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC) and card/bank payment processors. We do not store your full card details or crypto wallet private keys on our servers — these are handled directly by our payment processors under their own security and privacy practices.

Internally, we retain a record of deposit amounts, transaction IDs, and wallet balance history for accounting, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention purposes.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share limited data with the following categories of third parties, only as necessary to operate the Service:

  • Payment processors: to process deposits and detect fraudulent transactions.
  • Proxy infrastructure providers: to provision and maintain the underlying proxy network.
  • Analytics providers: to understand aggregate, anonymized site usage.
  • Legal authorities: where required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

We do not share your account data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Residential Network Disclosure

Our residential and ISP proxy products route traffic through third-party network infrastructure and, in the case of residential IPs, real consumer internet connections. We do not have visibility into or control over the personal data of individuals whose connections form part of this network, and this Privacy Policy governs only the data we collect about you as our customer.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. Support communications and order records are typically retained for at least 12 months following resolution.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including password hashing and encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the details in Section 13.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete it.

11. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your own.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
