ISP Proxies are static datacenter IPs registered to real ISPs. Static Residential and Premium Static Residential give you a dedicated home IP. Rotating Residential auto-cycles through IPs. See our comparison table for details.
A Private Exclusive proxy is hidden from the public store the moment you purchase it — nobody else can buy or use that IP while you own it. It reappears in the store automatically after expiry.

When a proxy doesn't work, refund eligibility, and how to get help.
Yes — if a proxy is verified offline, click Refund and funds are credited to your balance within 20 minutes. Refunds are only available for non-working proxies, not for subjective preferences.
No — refunds are processed exclusively to your internal balance for future proxy rentals, never to an external crypto wallet.
Only 1 refund check attempt is available per order. If the proxy is confirmed online during that check, the attempt is used and refund denied.
